How to use.
You should hit the outside of the bowl in an upright position and give the rod about half the length of the bowl surface near the top. You should then "follow the sound" with a stick or hammer to increase the duration and volume of the sound.
Each practitioner has a unique way of vocalizing. Some move the wand or hammer clockwise for a specific intention, while others prefer to move counterclockwise or use a combination.
