During the healing process, you may feel a flow of energy and can feel warm, cool, tingling or relaxing sensations. It is common to fall asleep or drift off to sleep during a session. I often encourage deep relaxation with additional techniques as it allows for healing at an unconscious level. Energy healing is similar to a massage for the soul!
