The sound of the bowl calls us to the fastest way to enter a meditative state and raise our consciousness. It is a delicious, relaxing, nourishing and comforting experience. I ordered a 14-inch crystal bowl in the classic frosted G tone for the throat chakra. It arrived three weeks later. I brought it to my kitchen and carefully pulled it out of the box and placed it on the table. I tapped the side of the bowl with a mallet and was soon in tears, sobbing for five minutes straight. It was the most beautiful sound I had ever heard. Once I stopped crying, my first thought was that light was living in my house.
